Vitrobac 3006 is a filtration aid especially for treating glass grinding water on filtration units
of the company Vitrosep. The application leads to a conformal increase of the pressure of
the filter cartridge and also to a regular removal of the glass sludge.
Vitrobac 3006 can also be applied on single water tanks. It helps to keep the glass sludge
on the base of the container soft. In addition, the necessary cleaning of the grinding
machine and the supply container is made easier.

The recommendations of the company Vitrosep regarding the dosage are strictly to maintain.
Individual Supply
Vitrobac 3006 is added to the grinding water at the end of the workday. It will then react overnight, so that it is possible to work with clean grinding water again on the following day.
We recommend 50 - 100 ml Vitrobac 3006 per 1000 l grinding water as a guide
concentration.The measured quantity of the product is added to the grinding water and distributed by stirring it manually (e.g. wooden stick).

Stored in well-closed containers at temperatures between 5 and 40 °C the minimum shelf life of Vitrobac 3006 is 1 year.
